Shipping Policy

Devine Apparel offers made-to-order items fulfilled by Tapstitch. These items are produced, quality-checked, packed, and shipped directly from Tapstitch’s fulfillment facilities, rather than necessarily shipping from our Homestead, Florida location.

Processing and production take place before shipping. Production time varies by item and order requirements and is separate from carrier transit time. Any shipping estimate refers to transit after the completed order has been handed to the carrier, unless explicitly stated otherwise. We do not guarantee a fixed delivery date.

Shipping rates and available methods are shown at checkout. Transit estimates vary by destination, product, fulfillment origin, and shipping service.

When tracking becomes available, we will provide it through your order’s shipping confirmation email. Tracking may not show movement immediately while the carrier processes the package.

Your order may arrive in separate packages if items are fulfilled from different facilities or by different partners. Packages may arrive on different days, with separate tracking information.

Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Production demand, customs clearance, weather, peak-season volume, carrier disruptions, and local delivery conditions can affect arrival times. If your shipment is delayed beyond its estimated timeframe, or arrives damaged, please contact Devine Apparel using the contact details provided in our store so we can investigate with the fulfillment partner.

Shipping availability depends on the items in your cart and your delivery address. Our configured Tapstitch shipping zones include destinations in North America, South America, Europe, Asia-Pacific, and the Middle East. Not every item is available to every destination. If checkout does not offer a shipping option for your address, we cannot accept that shipment at that time. Destination availability may also change because of carrier restrictions or local requirements.

Tapstitch states that customs duties and import-related fees are covered for deliveries within the United States and are generally covered for non-US destinations. In exceptional cases, particularly certain remote international areas, recipients may be required to pay duties or related fees under local regulations.

For products fulfilled by another partner, production and shipping arrangements may differ from Tapstitch’s process.
